We are a small house. Every seat matters. Thank you for tending this with us.

Tea Social & Event Reservation Policy

All tea social and event reservations are final. No refunds, except where required by law.

If something comes up, write to us at sayhello@thehouseofmkaz.com at least 24 hours before your reservation and we will move your reservation to House Credit, good for any Evening Ritual Tea Tastings night within 60 days.

No-shows (failing to cancel and not attending) forfeit the booking.

Same-day changes and no-shows cannot be rescheduled or credited.

Special events and workshops carry the same policy unless the event page states otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Class bookings follow the cancellation and no-show terms shown at booking, including applicable class charges. This tea social and event policy does not change those class terms. Membership cancellation and billing terms are separate and unchanged.

Late Arrival Policy

Classes, Sound Baths & Ceremonies

Doors close at the start time. Late arrivals cannot be admitted — the room is being held for the practice and cannot be disrupted.

Open Events

For community events like Sunday Vinyl and Community Art Night, you may arrive anytime during the event window.

Pour Ceremony

Arrivals more than 5 minutes late forfeit their seat.

Payment & Deposit Policy

Full Prepayment

Most services require full prepayment at booking. This protects your seat for you.

Group Bookings

For private group bookings, a 50% deposit reserves the date, with the remainder due 7 days before the event.
